The World Goes 'Round Milwaukee Theatre reviews
Outstanding as usual
Here is the rearranged review with a few switched words:
One can always count on their shows being smooth and tight. Although Rocco is dealing with some major health issues, his performance was on the mark as always, providing that incredible funky staccato bass line. Brent Carter, filling in for LB, brought back the The World Goes 'Round sound from their Soul Vaccination live album, reproducing many of the arrangements almost to the note. Although there were a couple of minor issues due to using a sub, the band covered them so flawlessly that only very few people likely noticed. This was about the 20th time my wife and I have seen The World Goes 'Round, going back to around 1973. Tom Politzer played one of the hottest solos I've ever heard him do on What Is Hip, and it was great to finally hear Jerry Cortez get to let loose on a couple tunes. To sum it up, I could go on about each member, but don't ever miss an opportunity to see these guys live. They are simply amazing.
